Today I learned, In the eCommerce world, there is a term called RTO, which means return to origin. it happens when the customer doesn't accept his package and business has to bear the return fees + COD fees + Shipping fees, the average RTO percentage is 20% with every business. To decrease it, Businesses use address confirmation calls or IVR automated calls after each order placed.
