Today I learned, when a customer opts for Cash On delivery, the whole order amount takes almost 10 days in order to get received by the business. Prepaid orders are always preferred by all businesses for better cashflow, they increase the number of prepaid orders by charging an unnecessary fee only on COD orders and by giving out 10-15% coupon code that works only with prepaid orders.

Wow, 10 days it's indeed a lot. To be honest I think even from a customer perspective it's much convenient to order prepaid. At least for me. I am curious why so many businesses still have only cash on delivery options. Especially in developing countries.

@Dmitrii It could be convenient for some customers like you. But In my country which is India, there are many new Stores which can't be trusted, there are many scams running around. and having No COD option is a big threat!
